The availability of seamless and structured communication is vital during the offshore process. We clearly realise that frequent interaction is necessary to stay on track; we therefore define clear communication structure before starting a project. This enables TVSI team to jointly work with Customer team to exchange documentation, update status, perform version and configuration management and deliver documentation and source code.

In case the engagement requires intensive interaction, a Virtual Work Environment can be created in which the onsite and offshore teams are connected through a dedicated secured Virtual Private Network (VPN). In this way the offshore team becomes an extension of the onsite team. Furthermore, TVSI utilizes ultramodern communication tools to ensure quick, secure, effective and efficient communication and coordination.
