At TVSI we follow a process oriented development methodology designed to minimize project risks and development time. All our applications are built with a focus on delighting customers by fulfilling their business goals. Our development process revolves around this philosophy.

We follow a customized Software Development Life Cycle along the lines of the Unified Method using UML. We have defined processes for requirements capture, design, development and testing. TVSI recognizes that many clients already have an accepted process; our methodology is generic and flexible enough to be adapted to an existing process. Deliverables can be added, expanded, or removed as required by the client's process. In addition, the model allows for a wide variety of software products and projects, both in size and application domain.
