Suresh Krishna holds several important positions in public and private sector organizations. He is a Director on the Central Board of the Reserve Bank of India and Chairman & Managing Director of Sundram Fasteners Limited.

He was President of Confederation of Engineering Industry (1987-88), President of Automotive Component Manufacturers Association (1982-84), Member of the Advisory Council to the Prime Minister of India and Member of the Indo German Consultative Group. Mr. Suresh Krishna has won numerous awards and honors, including the Sir Jehangir Ghandy Medal for Industrial Peace from XLRI in 1991; Business India magazine's Businessman of the Year award, 1995; the Qimpro Platinum Standard 1997 for being a role model for quality leadership; the Juran Quality Medal from the Indian Merchants Chamber, Mumbai; the national award for 2000 (for India) from the Asian Productivity Organization, Japan; the JRD Tata Corporate Leadership Award 2000 from the All India Management Association; and Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year award for manufacturing for the year 2001.

VG Jaganathan has over 31 years experience in accounting legal and financial matters. He has been a part of the management team of a company, which has grown from being a small enterprise to a large organization.Besides being a graduate in Commerce, he is a Fellow of all the three recognized professional bodies in India relating to audit, accounting and company law matters.

As Managing Director of TVS Infotech Ltd, Vinod Krishnan directs global operations from TVSI's Chennai headquarters. Vinod has unrelenting focus on building the corporate infrastructure needed to maintain TVSI's rapid growth as a company and on ensuring quality and customer focus. His perspective perfectly complements TVSI's needs as a young and rapidly growing technology services organization with a unique corporate culture.

Prior to TVS Infotech, Vinod spent a decade in the Silicon Valley working for technology consulting firms Maxonic and TMP Worldwide where he held key positions in business development, marketing and operations. Vinod holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Commerce degree.

Ramanathan (Ram) is equipped with 22 years of global IT experience. He has deep expertise in scaling up organizations with aggressive top line growth and maximized profits. He was part of the Senior Management at TCS, where he worked earlier for 20 years. Ram had repeatedly shown his expertise in growing teams from scratch to several hundreds, adding tremendous value to his customers. He has successfully delivered large IT projects with some of them ranging from 100 to 300+ person years. He is the recipient of All India Innovation Award from Business World and the Rajiv Gandhi National Quality Award for Business Excellence. Ram is well networked in the IT Industry and is leveraging his relationships with key partners at US, Europe and S. Africa. Ram has a degree in Physics from Madras University followed by Bachelors Degree in Engineering from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore.

Suresh is equipped with 17+ years of IT experience. Until recently, Suresh has served as the Vice President in charge of the IT Solutions Business at Technosoft, here he was in charge of India Delivery and Business Development for the Software Development Services and Testing Services. He brings to TVSI, deep expertise in the area of Global Software Services delivery management, having managed large teams (500+) spread across US/UK/Europe/Singapore and India. He has been instrumental in creating new revenue streams of close to US $ 2 million; from scratch within a year and, has initiated and managed business (and headcount) growth of over 100% in a single year. Suresh has a degree in Physics from Madras University and a Post Graduate qualification in Digital Electronics/computers and Systems Management from MCC and NIIT, respectively.
