Dedicated Quality Management Group (QMG) and Software Engineering Process Group (SEPG) catalyzes the QMS adoption and implementation across various projects. SEPG defines processes at the project level and QMG ensures the usage of right artifacts and adherence to processes. SEPG consists of subject matter experts from various departments and they brainstorm and analyze the key performance indicators of the projects and effective solutions are deployed for any deviation or variance. The dogged pursuit of quality is maintained through out from the start of the project till the very end.
